Hi — I'm Wale Oladapo. I run HudREI, a real estate wholesale operation. Oculah is the platform we built because nothing on the market did what we needed it to do.

The problem we couldn't solve with the tools we had

For years, my team did what every wholesale shop does: buy lists, skip trace them, upload them, cold call them, watch performance drop, assume the list was dead, buy more.

We were spending thousands every month on data and burning through it faster than we could extract value from it.

The deeper we dug, the clearer it got. We didn't have a lead generation problem. We had a list yield problem. Wrong numbers kept getting called. Voicemails kept recycling. NIS numbers stayed hidden. Not-interested sellers got mishandled. Every new campaign started from zero, with no memory of what the last one had learned.

We were paying premium prices for data and operating like the data was free.

The question that started Oculah

"Why are we buying more lists when we haven't fully extracted the one we already paid for?"

I couldn't find a tool that answered it.

CRMs were built for managing pipeline, not extracting yield. Dialers were built for placing calls, not learning from them. List providers wanted us to buy more lists. Skip trace providers wanted us to re-skip-trace.

Nobody was sitting in the layer where the actual compounding happens.

So we built it.
