Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using www.oculah.com or any services provided by Oculah, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you can form a legally binding contract, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Oculah.

Description of Services

Oculah provides CRM (customer relationship management) services to its clients. To deliver and manage these services, Oculah uses GoHighLevel as its CRM, automation, and communications platform. Through this system, Oculah manages customer data and communications and may contact you by email, phone call, and SMS/text message, where you have provided the appropriate consent.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you contact us, submit a form, or sign up for services.
• Keep any login credentials or account information confidential and secure.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate the related services. We do not store your full payment card details; payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.oculah.com and within our services, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Oculah or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Oculah name and logo are the property of Oculah. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our express written consent.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Oculah does not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

SMS Terms & Conditions

Oculah, a product of HUD Home Buyers LLC, operates text messaging for its account holders and inquirers as two separate programs, each with its own consent.

Program description. Non-marketing messages relate to your own Oculah account and cover your account, free trial, onboarding, support requests, and billing notifications. Marketing messages cover special offers, product updates, and new features. Consenting to one program does not opt you into the other.

How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent boxes when submitting our contact form at www.oculah.com/contact or when creating an account at app.oculah.com/register. Each program has its own box. Neither box is pre-checked, and consent to either program is not required to submit the form, create an account, or purchase any service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and support requests.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Oculah is not responsible for them.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
