- Your SMS/text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates, and are never used to enable third-party marketing.
The limited circumstances in which Oculah may disclose information are:
- Service providers and processors that operate our platforms and help us deliver services to you (for example, our CRM and communications platform and our payment processor), strictly so they can perform services on our behalf and under obligations of confidentiality and data protection. SMS opt-in data and consent are only handled by the aggregators and providers that actually deliver our text messages.
- Subcontractors in support services , such as customer service, who act on our behalf to assist you. Such sharing is limited to what is necessary to support you and excludes sharing of text messaging originator opt-in data and consent for any other purpose.
- Legal and safety requirements , where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Oculah, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers , in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.
In all cases, your text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except the aggregators and providers that deliver our text message services.

GoHighLevel (primary platform and processor). Oculah uses GoHighLevel as its CRM, automation, and communications platform. GoHighLevel acts as a data processor on Oculah's behalf and:

- Enables our SMS/text messaging, email, phone calls, and appointment scheduling capabilities.
GoHighLevel processes this information solely to provide the platform's services to Oculah and does not use your opt-in data for its own marketing purposes.
Stripe (payment processing). Oculah uses Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy and security practices. Oculah does not store your full payment card details.
These providers are bound by their obligations to protect your information and to use it only for the services they provide to Oculah. Your text messaging opt-in data and consent are only accessible to the aggregators and providers that deliver our text message services.
