What Oculah is
Is Oculah just another CRM? +
No. Oculah is the layer between your CRM (or whatever you use to manage pipeline) and your dialer. We don't manage your deals — we make sure your dialer doesn't waste another call on a number that won't pick up, and that your data gets more valuable every campaign instead of more depleted.
How is Oculah different from ReiSift, REI BlackBook, Investorfuse, or other platforms? +
Most platforms in this category are list management tools or CRMs with light automation. They store your data. Oculah makes your data compound. The difference shows up in your second campaign — same list, same budget, more closed deals — because every disposition from campaign one made campaign two smarter. The platforms you're comparing us to don't do that. They reset to zero every campaign. We don't.
Why can't I do this in a spreadsheet? +
You can — for about three months. Then your spreadsheet has 47 tabs, your VA can't keep up with the disposition mapping, you've forgotten which list you pulled in March, and someone on your team called the same NIS number 11 times this week. We know because we tried.
Will this actually generate deals, or is it just analytics? +
Both. The analytics tell you which campaigns and lists are pulling deals, so you stop wasting money on the ones that aren't. The mechanism — cross-campaign enrichment, score engine, list registry — directly lifts deal volume from data you already have. HudREI runs at +2 contracts per "dead" list and 30–50% more leads from the same data. Those are the numbers we measure.
Setup and integration
What if my dialer doesn't integrate with Oculah? +
No dialer integrates by API today — every disposition import is a CSV paste. The first time you upload from a dialer, you map the columns once. Every CSV after that gets recognized automatically. We're working on direct API integrations and will roll them out as dialer providers cooperate.
How does Oculah work without API access to my dialer? +
Manual CSV upload, about 5 minutes once a week. Map your dialer's column structure once, and the system recognizes the format every time after. We position this as honest friction — a 5-minute weekly investment that compounds for years.
Can I integrate Oculah with [other tool]? +
If your tool exports CSVs, yes. We're building deeper integrations over time — dialer APIs first, then CRM bidirectional sync, then direct connections to common list providers. For launch, anything that hits a CSV works.
Using Oculah
How do I score leads if I'm not sure what factors matter? +
Oculah ships with starter Score Engine templates — Pre-Foreclosure Tier 1, Active Liens Tier 2, Probate. Use them as-is or customize. Most operators start with the templates and adjust as they learn what predicts deals in their market.
What if my team isn't running outbound yet? +
Oculah needs data to compound. If you're not running campaigns, you don't have dispositions to feed in, and the platform has nothing to learn from. Come back when you've run at least one full campaign cycle and have at least 30 days of call logs to upload.
Pricing and trial
What does the trial actually include? +
Full access to every feature for 7 days. Run a real campaign. Upload your real call logs. Score your leads. Use every engine. A card is required at signup, but nothing is charged during the 7 days — on day 8 your chosen plan begins at its normal monthly price unless you cancel before then.
What happens after the trial? +
On day 8, your card is charged for your chosen plan — $149/mo for Oculah or $299/mo for Oculah Pro. Cancel any time before day 8 and you are never charged.
What's the difference between Oculah and Oculah Pro? +
Same product, same feature set. Oculah ($149/mo) is sized for solo operators or starter teams — up to 2 users, 20k records imported per month. Oculah Pro ($299/mo) is built for teams — up to 5 users, 50k records imported per month. Pick the one that matches your operation today; you can upgrade later.
What if I have more than 5 users? +
Reach out. We're handling teams over 5 case-by-case at launch. Standardized multi-seat pricing comes later.
Privacy and roadmap
Is my data private to my account? +
Yes. Every tenant's data is fully isolated. We've planned an opt-in pattern-sharing layer for a later phase, with anonymized aggregation only and explicit operator control — but at launch, your data is yours alone.
What's coming next? +
Real-time coaching during live calls. Cross-tenant pattern recognition (opt-in, anonymized). All in active development, rolling out post-launch on a phased schedule.
Who's behind Oculah? +
Wale Oladapo, founder. HudREI is the design partner — Wale's wholesale shop and the operator-led testing ground for everything we ship.
