How it works

How your spend
starts compounding.

Most outbound systems forget what they learned the moment a campaign ends. Oculah remembers everything — and uses it to make your next campaign cheaper, sharper, and more profitable than the one before it. Here's the mechanism, step by step.

01

Bring everything you already have.

You bring three things into Oculah: your property lists, your contact records, and your call logs. Lists come from your existing list provider — DealMachine, your skip-tracing tool, or wherever you already pull. Contact records sync from your CRM if you have one, or get built from your lists directly. Call logs come from your dialer — Readymode, BatchDialer, CallTools, Smarter Contact, Launch Control, KIXIE, or GoHighLevel. You export the disposition CSV from your dialer at the end of each dial week and drop it into Oculah. The first time you connect a dialer, you map the columns once. Every CSV after that, Oculah recognizes the format automatically.

02

Work your list — Oculah watches everything.

A campaign in Oculah isn't a dial — it's the operating layer around your dial. You build the campaign inside Oculah, define your target list, then run your outbound through your existing dialer. As your team works the list, every disposition gets fed back into Oculah — wrong numbers, NIS, voicemails, callbacks, "not interested," "already sold." Oculah tags each contact with what happened, when, and on which campaign.

03

Your next campaign is cheaper than your last.

Once dispositions are in, Oculah does three things automatically. Wrong numbers and NIS get flagged — you stop dialing them and your DID reputation stays clean. Callbacks get surfaced and not-interested-but-someday gets queued for re-engagement at the right interval. Every property and contact in Oculah carries the full disposition history across campaigns. Nothing restarts from zero.

04

Call the deals first, not the alphabetical first.

Your Score Engine ranks every contact based on the criteria you define — distress signals, time decay, response patterns, list source. The top of the score is who to call first in your next campaign. The bottom is who to deprioritize or retire. Oculah ships with starter Score Engine templates for Pre-Foreclosure, Active Liens, and Probate so you don't start from scratch. Customize from there.

05

Know which lists pay you. Kill the ones that don't.

The Dashboard shows you which campaigns are pulling deals, which lists are still alive, and which list types need to be re-mined or retired. You stop guessing and start operating with clarity.

The compounding effect

After one full campaign cycle in Oculah, HudREI saw 30–50% more leads from the same data. After two cycles, the data starts working for you instead of against you. Every dial costs less. Every list yields more. Every campaign starts smarter than the last.

That's the compounding effect. That's the whole point.
