What happens when the trial ends?
If you love it
Pick a plan from settings — Oculah ($149/mo, up to 2 users, 20k records/mo) or Oculah Pro ($299/mo, up to 5 users, 50k records/mo). Annual billing on either plan saves 2 months. Your workspace, your team, your data, your scored workpile — all of it carries over with no migration.
If you're not sure yet
The workspace flips to read-only for 30 days. Your data stays available; you just can't run new analyses. After 30 days we purge it and the account closes. No card, no auto-charge, no chase emails.
If you want to walk away
Hit "Delete workspace" in settings. Everything's purged inside 24 hours. We'll send a one-line confirmation. That's it.

Do you charge me on day 15 if I forget to cancel? +
No. On day 8, your card is charged for your chosen plan — $149/mo for Oculah or $299/mo for Oculah Pro. If you don't want to continue, cancel any time before day 8 from your account settings and the card is never touched. We send a reminder email on day 6.
How long until I actually see something useful? +
Most operators get their first scored workpile within 5 minutes of signup — 1 minute to upload a CSV, 30 seconds for the analysis to run, the rest is reading the result. The product is built to deliver value on the first call block, not on the third week.
What if my dialer's CSV format isn't supported? +
Email us a sample export at hello@oculah.com — we add new formats inside 24 hours and credit your trial when you're up and running.
Can my whole team try it together during the trial? +
Yes. The trial is the full Oculah Pro feature set with up to 5 users, the shared workpile, and the audit log. Bring your A-rep and your VAs.
